Telnet or remote log-on is the main Internet protocol for creating a connection with a remote computer.
With telnet one has access to the commands, services and CPU of the remote host.
Telnet gives you the opportunity to be on one computer and do work on another across the street or world.
A typical telnet address would look like ...spacelink.msfc.nasa.go
